Blackcurrant, Mulled, Plum
Saxby’s Cider is based on a family farm in Farndish, a small village on the Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire border.
Saxby Cider uses carefully selected English cider varieties and dessert fruits which they slowly mature and expertly blend. The award-winning range of ciders are pressed on the farm using real real cider and real fruit juices – no flavourings, syrups or nasties.
We offer three of their ciders:
- Blackcurrant Cider: Glorious blackcurrant red with lots of life in those shiny bubbles. Heady blackcurrant on the nose with a refreshing dryness to it. Well balanced sweetness with the tannic dryness making for a very pleasant mouthful with a long fruity finish. (Sparkling 3.7% ABV)
- Plum Cider: A wonderful garnet colour. This has sweet apple and caramel notes on the nose, and the apples come through on the nose with a well-judged hint of plummy stone fruit on the finish. (Sparkling 3.8% ABV)
- Mulled Cider: When it’s cold outside, Saxby’s Mulled Cider is perfect! Just heat it gently to release the appley flavour and rich, spicy aromas of cardamom, cinnamon and star anise. Also try added to Prosecco for a festive drink. (Still 4% ABV)
